WHAT’S NEW
Updates.
What we’ve built, learned and changed, newest first. Short, dated and true.
Expanza builds AI revenue systems
Businesses have more information than ever about their customers, prospects and market, and still struggle to know who to focus on, why now and what to do. We build the system that joins it up, spots what matters and helps the team act. Hospitality is where we’re building it first.
How it works →A new website, built around problems
Four groups of problems instead of a list of services, a first industry told as real moments, research you can check, and experiments with their failures left in.
What we improve →First calls to venues
A 60-word explanation got “I don’t understand.” One question about one moment, “when someone asks for a brochure, what happens next?”, got a real answer. The website was rewritten that night to say less and show more.
What we believe, and what would prove us wrong
Every assumption the work rests on, how strong the evidence is for each, and the test that could change our minds.
Read it →Wrenholt Hall, and a full security rehearsal
A hotel that doesn’t exist, with five years of messy records, built to test methods before touching anyone’s real data. The rehearsal found a gap our own tests had missed. It was fixed the same day.
The experiments →About ninety problems, mapped in one kind of business
Before speaking to anyone in hospitality, we mapped where an independent hotel loses money, time and capability. Most of the problems turned out not to be about hotels at all.
The map →Starting with hotels, estates and venues
Bookings worth thousands, lots of enquiries, years of records in systems that don’t talk, and the same decisions made every week. It’s where we’re learning to solve these problems first.
Why hospitality →The operating system Expanza runs on
Plans, research, decisions and routines kept in files an AI can read and keep up to date. It’s how one person runs a company properly, and it shaped how we think about the foundation we build for clients.
