THE METHOD

How we work.

We connect your information, show you where revenue is going missing, build the system around the biggest opportunity, and measure honestly what it changed.

The steps

  1. UnderstandHow your business works today, before any technology.

    More
    What we do
Time with you and the people who do the work. Goals, customers, process, systems and the information you already hold.
    What you get
A written picture of how things work today, in your words, that you can check.
    What we need
One person on your side who owns it, and time with the people closest to the work, agreed up front.
  2. FindWhere revenue is going missing, and what it’s worth.

    More
    What we do
Join the records that matter and look for where revenue is being missed: enquiries going cold, customers not coming back, hours lost to busywork. We separate evidence from assumption on every finding.
    What you get
A short report: what we found, what it’s likely worth where the records can support a number, and what they can’t tell us.
    What we need
Exports from the systems that hold the work. We say exactly which fields.
  3. PrioritiseThe one thing most worth doing first.

If nothing is worth doing, we say so and stop. You keep the report.

    More
    What we do
Score every finding on value, evidence, actionability and effort, and show the working.
    What you get
A recommendation, and a real decision point. If nothing is worth doing, we say so and stop.
    What we need
Your judgement. You know things the data doesn’t.
  4. BuildThe system, around your biggest opportunity, inside the tools you already use.

    More
    What we do
Software, data work, AI, automation, a process change or training. Often the answer is simpler than AI, and we’ll say so.
    What you get
One working fix, inside the tools your team already uses. No new login where we can avoid it.
    What we need
Access agreed in writing, and a person who can say “that’s not how it works here”.
  5. DeployAlongside the people who’ll use it.

    More
    What we do
Sit with the team while they start using it, and change it when it doesn’t fit the day.
    What you get
Something the team actually uses, and a person always deciding what goes to a customer.
    What we need
    Honest feedback, early.
  6. MeasureFairly, against how things were.

Some work stays the old way, so the comparison is fair.

    More
    What we do
A baseline agreed before anything changes. Adoption first, then outcomes, compared with work handled the old way.
    What you get
Results shown as ranges, with what we can and can’t attribute to the work.
    What we need
Patience with the numbers. Some results take longer than a pilot to land.
  7. ImproveKeep what works, change what doesn’t, then take on the next thing.

    More
    What we do
Learn from what happened, adjust, and find the next thing most worth doing, on the same foundations.
    What you get
A system that gets better, and a team that understands it and could run it without us.
    What we need
A decision: stop, improve, or carry on.

WHAT WE BUILD

One system that turns everything you know into the right action.

We join up the information you already have, add what’s happening outside, and build a system that understands it, spots what matters and helps your team act. Built for your business, inside the tools you already use.

It brings together

What you know now
Your CRM, inbox, enquiries, bookings, proposals and transactions.
What happened before
Past customers, lost deals, old conversations and buying history.
What’s happening today
New enquiries, activity and changes in the pipeline.
What’s happening outside
Company news, hiring, events and market changes that matter to you.

And then, every day

  1. Understand

One picture of each customer, prospect and account: their history, your conversations and what’s happening now.

  2. Identify

Opportunities, risks and changes: an enquiry going cold, a regular overdue, a company that has just grown.

  3. Prioritise

What deserves attention now, by value, likelihood and timing. Always tested against the simple rule your team uses today.

  4. Act

The message drafted, the call prepared, the evidence to hand and the system updated. How much it does on its own is your choice.

  5. Learn

What happened next is recorded, so every decision after it gets better.

How far it acts on its own

Every part of the system sits somewhere on this ladder. It climbs only as far as the risk allows and you’re comfortable with.

  1. 1ShowWhat’s happening
  2. 2SuggestWhat to do, and why
  3. 3DraftWritten, ready to check
  4. 4Do with approvalOne click to send, book or update
  5. 5Do within agreed limitsRoutine work done alone, logged, and easy to undo
  • Work inside your business (updating systems, logging, matching payments, building reports) can go all the way, with a log and an undo.
  • Anything a customer receives is approved with one click, unless you’ve agreed rules for routine replies in writing.
  • Outreach to people who haven’t contacted you always has a person approving every message.

How we choose what to fix first

We choose by what’s worth most and most likely to work. Pick a problem and move the sliders: a big idea with weak evidence can lose to a smaller one your team can act on next week.

value × evidence × actionability ÷ effort

Enquiries waiting too long for a first reply

Each score runs from 1 (low) to 5 (high), agreed with your team. A short scale keeps it simple enough to argue about honestly. Effort divides: the harder something is to build, the lower it ranks. The problems and scores here are an illustration.

From pilot to partnership

  1. Pilot

Eight weeks on one problem, with a go or no-go decision on day 10.

  2. Implementation

Roll out what worked, properly, with the team.

  3. Partnership

We keep it running, improve it and take on the next problem. Only while it’s worth more than it costs.

  4. Expansion

The same foundations, used on more of the business.

You only move on if the last stage was worth it. Nothing commits you to the next one, and we agree the price with you in conversation.

How we’ll report results

We don’t have a case study yet. When we do, it will follow this format, including the parts that don’t flatter us. We’re publishing it now so you can hold us to it.

  1. The client, and the problem in their words
  2. The baseline, before anything changed
  3. What we believed at the start
  4. What the data actually showed
  5. What we built
  6. Whether the team used it
  7. The outcome, as a range
  8. What we can attribute to the work
  9. What we can’t
  10. What failed
  11. What happened next

For the team

If you’re the person who does the work, you help design this. It’s there to take the chasing, copying and searching off your plate. It doesn’t watch you. Numbers are reported for the team, never as a league table of people, and you decide how much a system does on its own.

Your data

  1. Your data belongs to you.
  2. We use it only for your project.
  3. We sign a data processing agreement before you share anything. It names every company involved.
  4. We keep it encrypted and separate from every other client’s data.
  5. We remove names, emails and phone numbers before any AI tool sees it.
  6. When the work ends, we delete it and give you a certificate saying what was deleted and how.
