Hi, I’m Finley Stephenson, a 16-year-old entrepreneur from the Lake District, and the founder of Expanza—an AI automation agency designed to help small businesses work smarter, not harder.

I started my entrepreneurial journey in December 2024, driven by a simple question:

"Why can’t it be me?"

I kept seeing young business owners build successful companies, and I realised the only difference between them and me was action.

At the same time, AI was booming, and I saw how powerful it could be for businesses. Instead of just watching from the sidelines, I went all in, learning everything I could about AI automation, chatbots, and business efficiency. That’s how Expanza was born.

Growing up in the Lake District, surrounded by natural beauty and a thriving community of independent businesses, I saw firsthand how small businesses are the backbone of local economies.

But I also noticed a gap—many businesses were stuck wasting time on repetitive tasks, struggling to keep up with the fast-moving digital world.

That’s where AI comes in.
