Built on a question

Expanza exists because the firms that need serious AI infrastructure the most are the ones who can't access it. We're fixing that — one operational system at a time.
Live in production.
Interview Analyst
Automated workflow that processes Microsoft Teams transcripts and CVs into structured CRM profiles. Matching, shortlisting, and follow-ups become system-driven instead of consultant-dependent.
HR Client Portal & AI Chatbot
Secure client portal with authenticated access, document repository, and an AI chatbot trained on 200+ verified legal sources including gov.uk and ACAS.
Finley Stephenson
I first heard about AI in a GCSE Computer Science class, the week ChatGPT launched. Most people dismissed it. I couldn’t stop thinking about what it meant for the way businesses actually work.
I taught myself Make.com and Voiceflow. Then n8n, vector databases, RAG pipelines. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and Simon Squibb’s What’s Your Dream — not for motivation, but to understand how value gets built without a head start. The question I kept asking myself was: why can’t it be me?
I started Expanza while still at school — I’m in Y13. The first two clients came from showing the work honestly on LinkedIn. Foxgroves Recruitment and PrecisionHR are both live. Both running systems I designed and deployed.
I’m still early. But the infrastructure I build is production-grade, and the problem I’m solving is real: small UK service firms are being left behind by AI — not because they can’t benefit, but because no one is building for them at a price that makes sense.

There are two options in the market for AI. Neither works for a 20-person recruitment firm in Carlisle.
- £100,000+ projects
- 12-month implementation timelines
- Built for FTSE 500, not service firms
- You need a dedicated IT team to run it
- Pre-built, generic workflows
- No integration with your actual data
- Impressive demos. No operational depth.
- Can’t remember your clients. Can’t take actions.
Expanza builds the infrastructure in between. Architect-level systems. SME price points. Built in Cumbria, deployed across the UK.
